SPARC AI Inc. has engaged Ukraine-based defence advisory team CFC Defence to lead its market-entry and strategic engagement program across the Ukrainian defence ecosystem, with a focus on advancing evaluation and integration of its GPS-denied navigation and targeting software, Overwatch.
In a statement dated 17 June 2026, the company said CFC Defence will map and prioritise relevant Ukrainian end users, commands, defence-industry developers and government innovation stakeholders, and facilitate introductions intended to move Overwatch from “interest to evaluation”.
The program is structured around three parallel lines of effort, spanning relationship-building, capability validation and product integration through to commercial sales. SPARC AI said the aim is to provide a staged path from initial engagement to operational testing and deployment.
The engagement follows several Ukraine-related steps SPARC AI says it has taken in recent months, including signing multiple agreements with Ukrainian drone manufacturers, appointing a local sales agent, expanding hiring across business development and engineering, retaining a law firm to support in-country activity, and planning to establish a physical office in Ukraine.
SPARC AI also said CFC Defence has been retained to help expand its roster of partnered drone manufacturers by introducing additional manufacturers, coordinating software integration and joint testing, and organising demonstrations intended to validate Overwatch’s performance on live platforms.
