Toll Group has announced the acquisition of Air Support Queensland Pty Ltd (ASQ).
ASQ’s existing training and operational capabilities are being integrated immediately into the current rotary and fixed wing business. This hybrid capability will leverage Toll’s safety management system to enhance current and future operations.
Toll Group’s Executive General Manager, Government & Defence, Mr. Perry Singh said “the acquisition strengthens our current offerings and provides the opportunity to integrate these emerging technologies in an innovative manner. ASQ’s expertise and capabilities are key to Toll achieving our strategic objective to become the pre-eminent provider of more complex and higher-end UAS operations and training in Australia and the region.”
The transaction was completed on 17 February 2023.
