DroneShield has unveiled new military contracts over the year-end break, securing a combined A$14.4 million in orders from western and Asia Pacific military customers and entering 2026 with close to A$100 million in locked-in revenue.
The larger of the two deals is an A$8.2 million contract with a western military end customer, delivered via an in-country reseller. The agreement marks DroneShield’s 39th contract with the same reseller, following 38 prior contracts over the past seven years totalling more than A$9.6 million.
Under the agreement, DroneShield will supply handheld counter-drone systems, associated accessories and spare kits, along with software updates. The hardware is already held in inventory, with delivery expected to be completed before the end of 2025 or in early Q1 2026. Full cash payment is expected in Q1 2026, with no additional material conditions attached.
The reseller is a wholly owned subsidiary of a multi-billion-dollar, globally listed company that is contractually required to distribute the systems to a western military government department in-country.
In a separate announcement, DroneShield also secured a A$6.2 million standalone contract to supply an Asia Pacific military customer, marking its 15th deal with that reseller and bringing the total value of contracts with the customer to more than A$48 million over the past two years.
That contract will see DroneShield provide its DroneSentry-C2 command-and-control software, interoperable with selected third-party hardware, for distribution to a major Asia Pacific military government department. Delivery and payment are both expected to occur in 2026, with no additional material conditions required.
The Asia Pacific reseller is also a wholly owned subsidiary of a multi-billion-dollar, publicly listed global company, mandated to distribute solutions to military customers in the region.
Following the two contract wins, DroneShield enters 2026 with approximately A$97.7 million in locked-in revenue, a figure which represents an all-time record for the company at the start of a new year.
The latest agreements further reinforce DroneShield’s growing role in supplying counter-drone and command-and-control solutions to military customers globally, as demand accelerates for deployable, scalable counter-uncrewed aerial systems across both western and Asia Pacific defence markets.
